Dude, when I heard the bit on NPR this am about Beethoven (and how it’s his birthday (go Sagittarius)) I got a tight throat and wet eyes.  I always feel this way when I think about him, listen to his music, etc.  He was, is, and always will be my musical idol.  I can’t even really explain why I have such deep emotions for him and his music.  But I can tell you that when you commune with him through your fingertips as you play his works you (if you are a sentient being) gain this silent and indescribable bond and understanding.  I know of a few other Beethoven fans that will understand what I am talking about.
