Well tonight’s opening night! I can’t believe it’s already/finally here, as is usually the case with any show. You can’t help thinking, “oh if I just had one more rehearsal”, while simultaneously thinking, “I couldn’t possibly take another rehearsal!” I hope everyone can see it, because I think it’s going to be funny, but I’m bracing myself for prudish audience walk-out. The publicity campaign has not really made it clear how outrageous this show is. In fact, I don’t think it’s clear at all that it includes very adult, very offensive themes, language and actions. Let’s hope the blue-hairs stay at home!
